TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the website hgames.uz, downloading, installing, or playing Knights Duty, or interacting with any software provided by HGames, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use our software.
2. Limited Software License
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, HGames grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and execute a copy of Knights Duty for personal, non-commercial entertainment on compatible devices (Windows PC via Microsoft Store, Android via Google Play).
You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, or create derivative software from our game binaries or assets without prior written consent from HGames.
3. Fair Play & Anti-Cheat Standards
To guarantee a competitive, balanced battlefield for all warriors, HGames strictly forbids:
- Using third-party memory injectors, aimbots, speed hacks, or wallhacks.
- Exploiting known glitches, dupe bugs, or map escapes to gain unfair advantage.
- Harassment, hate speech, or griefing during multiplayer communications.
Violations will result in permanent hardware or account bans without refund.
4. Streaming & Content Creation Policy
HGames actively encourages players to capture gameplay, stream on YouTube and Twitch, produce reviews, guides, and commentary on Knights Duty. You may monetize your videos through standard platform partner programs (e.g. YouTube AdSense).

5. Intellectual Property
All titles, code, audio, music compositions, character models, environment assets, artwork, logos, and trademarks associated with HGames and Knights Duty are the exclusive intellectual property of HGames and its founders in Bukhara, Uzbekistan. All rights are reserved worldwide.
6. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law
HGames provides its software “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted uptime or error-free gameplay. To the maximum extent permitted by law, HGames shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, with jurisdiction seated in Bukhara.
